    Our pay-per-day services are available, beginning at a rate of $19.99.
  • Who will you designate to remove my trash?
    Our runners are subcontracted and must successfully complete a four-panel drug test as well as a ten-year background check. We prioritize your safety and property, taking all necessary measures to ensure the protection of both. ​
  • What if I am not happy with the service?
    Should you find our services unsatisfactory, we will gladly refund your monthly fee. ​
  • How does it work?
    You can conveniently register online by responding to a few straightforward questions and selecting your preferred payment method. Once completed, we will arrive at your residence the day before your designated trash collection day to transport your bins to the curb. Following the collection of your trash, we will return on the same day to restore your bins to their original storage area.
  • Why would I pay someone to take out my trash?​
    Paying us to take out your trash can save you time and effort, especially if you have a busy schedule or physical limitations. It can also ensure that waste is disposed of properly and regularly, contributing to cleanliness and hygiene in your home. Outsourcing this task can allow you to focus on more important or enjoyable activities.
  • What should I do if I have additional loose trash or an oversized item that requires disposal at the curb?
    Should you possess additional loose trash or an oversized item that requires removal, we are prepared to assist you; however, please be advised that this service will incur an additional fee. ​
  • What happens if my scheduled trash collection is missed?
    Our can runners are required to submit photographs within a specified timeframe to verify that your trash has been placed on the curb. In the event that your scheduled collection date is missed for any reason, we will ensure that the necessary resources are allocated the following day to collect your trash at no additional cost to you.
  • What if my trash day falls on a holiday?
    There is no need for concern regarding holiday schedules for trash collection. We monitor your city's trash collection timetable on your behalf.
  • Do you provide services for vacation rentals?
    Our distinctive can-to-curb subscription and OnDemand scheduling offer efficient and economical solutions tailored for vacation rental management companies. We are committed to maintaining properties free of waste during turnover periods, thereby streamlining waste management processes for rental operations.
  • What are the steps to take if I wish to terminate the service?
    You are not bound by any commitments. You have the option to cancel at any time with just a few simple clicks.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
